Paris Supercross, coming soon

Everything is ready at Paris la Defense Arena for the 39th edition of the Paris Supercross! The main teams already take place in the paddock, the American riders all discover the track and the stadium today, and they will have on Friday a first opportunity to test the track.

270 trucks and 3300 cubic meters of earth, 30 people working in the stadium since Monday and the track is nearly finished under the guidance of Jean Luc Fouchet and Cédric Lucas, both well-known as they built SX tracks since more than thirty years. Last year the track was easier than usual as many GP riders were involved, but this year as some of the top US riders are there – Eli Tomac, Ken Roczen, Cooper Webb, Marvin Musquin, Justin Brayton – it’s another track that the riders will face in the stadium, wide and technical with a long section of whoops.

As the stadium is overbooked for Saturday nights – some places are still available for Sunday – many fans will not have the opportunity to attend the event. But they will be able to follow the full program as two TV channels will do a live coverage on Saturday and Sunday.

-       For the French speaking countries, it will be on Automoto La Chaine. Live will start on Saturday at 6.30 p.m. as a special program will be broadcast on the air just before the race presented by Maxime Martin and Sébastien Tortelli. The duo of commentators will be as close as possible to the riders and at 7.00 p.m. the show will start with the races and the freestyle competition. Sunday the pre-show will start at 2.30, and then at 3:00 p.m. the races will start and will be live until the podium and the presentation of the King of Paris Trophy 2022

For other countries it will be on MXGP-TV; the Supercross MXGP-TV pass is already online and available for purchase worldwide; it includes 4 hours per day LIVE and on demand starting from Saturday at 7 p.m. local time while Sunday’s LIVE show will start at 3 p.m. local time. You need to register on MXGP-TV.com and purchase your SX MXGP-TV pass.

Racing, show, lights, FMX, music, that is the combination which will once again make the Paris SX such a huge event. If you want to experience the event live then don’t lose time as there are only a few seats still available for Sunday afternoon; the show start at 3 pm, but all tickets give access to the stadium for the practice sessions.
